Welcome to the Raw Questions, the
NEW released book-journal series created
by Reg Athwal and co-compiled by Ayd Instone
and Sukhy Athwal
What is the RAW Question book-journal series
all about?
A journal is about keeping record of outstanding
and important personal life events. A journal
is for capturing key moments of insight,
ideas, self-discovery, innovation and those
AHA!!! feelings we all get from time to
time. But at the same time a journal is
for capturing those inner thoughts that
run around like busy amusement parks in
our minds that just need to be relaxed,
calmed, silenced and stopped in order for
us to map out a fresh and more focused future.
BUT, it's all about the questions and not
the answers - right?! We need to be provoked
with the right questions so our mind can
work things out and then decide on what
to write in our Raw Questions. When we find
our own answers to a question, this is when
one is empowered to transform and taken
action, not when someone else is telling
you what to do over and over again. Therefore
the Q is for the Question and the Journal
is for your Answers. With 'Raw Questions'
we have created a unique book where you
have access to lots of powerful questions
- 52 of them! and the space in the journal
to mind-map and write down your answers.
Raw Questions can then provide you with
all the goodness, all the riches and all
the infinite intelligence that lies in you
to solve problems and come up with fresh
and innovative ideas that can help you and
your life evolve. Raw Questions is about
capturing all your significant accomplishments
and achievements too - what have you done
that has worked in the past? It's so easy
to forget about what one does right these
days because the mind jumps to fix another
problem; it's time to capture all of it!
When we die, we are truly, only the total
accumulation of what we have contributed
and done for others in our lifetime - do
you want be remembered for what you did
or for what you owned?
We can never take all the possessions and
tangibles we have acquired with us, but
we can leave something of greatness behind.
As we get older most of start thinking -
back to our past and try to bring back those
precious memorable moments ('do you remember
when I or we did that..' is how the conversation
goes). For some people they have no significant
memories or have ones that they want to
delete and really forget about as rapidly
as possible. Could you write a few pages
of your most memorable and happy moments
or would it be much easier to write a list
of bad ones, which list would be longer?
Could you write down in detail exactly how
you got to where you are today?
Do you have a selection of any thought
provoking questions all available in one
place?
Do you have a personal journal?
Do you capture your successes?
Do you capture your failures?
Do you capture your thoughts?
Do you capture your feelings?
Do you capture your problems?
Do you capture your life?
If answered NO to any of the above you
can now have one journal where you can capture
your memories and use it to solve problems
and bring more certainty into your life
at the same time - the solutions is Raw
Questions - 52 Transformational Questions
series.
